.au dispute resolution goes electronic

July 24, no comments

It might come as a shock to anyone (especially those people in Australia), .au requires paper-based document Submission. That, if you sell a domain, entitled the pen and fax machine or restart lickin' these stamps!

Times are changing, if "AuDA will introduce changes the .au dispute resolution policy (AuDRP) in August 2010, to require electronic submission of documents for AuDRP method.""even up - as, the changes reflect those introduced, to the uniform dispute resolution policy (UDRP) this year."

Why .au has its own AuDRP above me hinaus.Ich just dont get is "why do we have the wheel newly invent".the good news from this is that it could save a few trees.

Trains, planes and automobiles (dot co)

The .com train is late - .CO Intercity has arrived!

There is no doubt that a new TLD the entire spectrum of keywords to the domain pool re introduces.

The latest CcTLD on the planet is .CO and there is a pool of 310,000 registrations already, create according to the latest metrics at CoInternet.co

As usual kept the registry reserves including Trains.co and Planes.co some names in their stack

Automobiles.co however appeared and someone registered it despite the use of the word is an outdated reference to cars.

Meanwhile Aeroplanes.co appeared and they did Cowboys.co which brings us to the next question:

Aeroplanes.co and Cowboys.co developed soon to get and thus takes on the virtual space to fill the respective .com domains?

If you recall, the Cowboys.com fiasco took a powerful keyword and it on an empty western saloon, with rather than an iota of the transition to this project.

In the same way the Aeroplanes.com has been sitting on your "new brand logo" 8

Generic domains, top for success

There are some really nice generic names that I came across this week is successfully utilised.  My favorite of group below must be ThankYou.com, used for the Citi rewards website.  A better way to get the point across and thank your customers right in the URL.  The purpose of which is website clear, front, made with this domain name.  The site is also pretty good.  I give credit to whoever came up with the idea of the acquisition of this domain for this purpose.  You hit the nail on the head.  Below are some others.Creamcheese.com redirect to a kraftbrands.com page for Philly are cheeseDressShoes.com stake OnlineShoes.comPhotographyEquipment.com goes to Adorama.comThankYou.com is Citi rewards siteWelcome.com to cnet.comLabels.com redirects dymo.com (label printers) Freight.com goes to www.con-way.comPatent.com is science.thomsonreuters.comLumber.com is the American international forest products Web site (lumber distributor) BookPublisher.com forward to Wheatmark.comPhoto credit: http://www.flickr.com/photos/stampinmom/4351579395/

Be the first .CO UDRP a hefty slice of pizza?

This will be an expensive pizza delivery!

It's Sunday afternoon and this old tv ad that comes to mind: it's not delivery, it's DiGiorno.

Today we make here in our own domain response, each day of the week the living jiggy biggies from the DiGiorno suggests homemade pizza with fresh ingredients and even homemade Teig.Es.

DiGiorno - or rather, Nestlé USA - understands the importance of protecting your brand and market share you own.

Despite their significant proportion of the ready-made pizza market DiGiorno.co DiGiorno was not proactive enough, have registered

Let's see, what does Domino; these guys have one of the oldest pizza chains in the United States - and keep it this way wollen.Ihre aufgetreten.Sie show it, but to the .com registry Dominos.co during the sunrise period for trademark owners - not the best move.

The same applies to Pizza Hut; the domain was reserved during the sunrise period PizzaHut.co and it is also not on your main site, PizzaHut.com show

And now for the big shocker full double cheese, spicy Italian sausage and onion: our favorite pizza chain Papa Johns, missed the message of their own marketing campaign.

Of course, Papa John Schnatter busy that baking of millions of pizzas every year, but still, why allow some man from distant Hong Kong access company name for the price a Papa Johns delivery?

Papajohns.co is not only registered, it is a member; parked college kids orders and chat roulette alternating sessions between pizza reaping traffic of millions of quickly input.

Papajohns.co will be the first .CO domain to WIPO? we have to wait and see how quickly realized the number of orders, you are missing the Papa Johns society.

Domaining SEO Sunday: 3 common SEO mistakes of not aka believe the hype

I have done SEO since around 1995. Back in those days involved a few times as your opponent to repeat a keyword SEO. I had many a battle more tiny links at the bottom of my site add to beat to a competitor. Knowledge now, we all, that the technology... right not works still now?

Today I thought I would share three common SEO myths. If all these somehow rooted deep in your mind - you have been out!If you have made SEO book or SEOMoz's Guide to SEO beginners go through one of you the second you this post fertig.Ohne which could basics you do things that you think improve your SEO without really understanding how SEO works!

Meta tags - meta tags, used a BIG deal, now it is only the meta - description tag (and the title tag, of course), the nothing to mean search engine. Google and Yahoo have admitted that you use the keywords in the meta description or meta keywords for ranking. Yes - is the meta - description tag from a usability perspective as you below your title tag in the search results page appears. However, the keywords, in the meta-description tag will use not for ranking be used and the keywords in the meta-keywords tag be... nothing used for. It seems that after all these years people put too much weight on meta tags, if the description is really all that matters, and it has case there is no effect on SEO! Keyword repetition and density — as I already at the beginning of this post said you can a keyword to repeat more than your competitor and magically bindenstrategie. Also the concept of keyword density, or a perfect number of repetitions is a keyword a myth. Yes - if you use the keyword, you are more than any other targeted and try to get it there once in fat. However, the SEO impact here is very small, remember only a high quality one way link (like article directory) has far more influence because it is a one-way connection with your keyword as the anchor text.Using AdWords will increase my Google rank - this is 100% wrong and always have been.Google and Yahoo have separated the two organizations and phenomenal safety measures to the take over, nothing like this happens ever introduced.Companies that spend millions of dollars in search/month have complained, hear Google you won't when you talk about the preferences for your website bekommen.Werbung website will receive more visitors to your site, because you pay are displayed on a better page be outside this it has no effect on SEO.

Read Chapter 9: myths and misconceptions about search engines more about these and more on SEOMoz's beginner's Guide to SEO,

I always thought 3D was a fad and the studios and producers are starting to agree with me

"3D is a waste of a perfectly good dimension and Hollywood's current crazy stampede toward it is suicidal," says Roger Ebert.  Despite the fact that the "IT" in its third rendition are 3D get caught case thing, studios, hardware producers and domainers in 3D.

I remember when I was younger I went to see movie King Solomon's mines in 3D. A terrible film, which had only seen, because it in 3D.  Was it cool?  It was.  It was fun to have to show a stick from the screen, I give it.  My father had the same feeling when he saw it as a child for the first time.He said it was OK, but he liked a good movie more than a movie, powered by Spezialeffekten.Ich said it, this is different, the technology has come a long way fast forward 25 years

Here we are again.   3D is the latest craze. Each film produced in 3D are.  Unfortunately are 95% of the movies in 3D, only the higher ticket prices get rebuilt. It is a financial move, no technical move.  Avatar was obviously the film which drove the enthusiasm.    The difference is avatar IN 3D FOR 3D created was and was really a new technology.   Takes hundreds of millions to the right to replicate this.  Studios have selected, go to convert the cheaper route and your movies. The process is expensive, but schnell.Die resulting converted films are of lower quality and the time the "shot in 3D" technology is cheaper, viewers can have gone away.  Here are some more reasons, why 3D become mainstream is not.

The glasses. No one likes to special glasses tragen.Wir will do it for a special occasion, but we are less likely to wear every time when we TV.  AND can any 3D without seeing you.  Nothing like a technology that needs a 99 cent add to work.

We want depth and clarity, but it is not necessary to be 3D.  In my opinion 4 K is more likely video, a part of everyone's home as 3D.  You hear little about, because there are too much hardware for it, but if you have been a trade fair and have seen it is very nice and certainly a improvement.

The people who actually want 3D TV is low. The market is in much lower than the Internet.I have no data to this statement TV secure 3D but in somewhere close to the top of mean tech wants and that is the same for most of my tech loving friends. The rest which is world right now the rest of the transition of your large TV on Flachbildschirmen.Ihre not to very soon that to move 3D.

It makes sick people. The films are to focus on an area of the screen for you and if your eyes on this point to another part of the screen to study, it makes Übel.Ich dear, look at the background and the beauty of a good shot film. On the one hand you can create a still more beautiful image with 3D, but enjoy it long.

3D movie revenue falls like a Stein.Aus an article in the Telegraph

As an avatar, 71 percent of Americans came went on opening weekend - see, often decided the peak moment for a new release – for a cinema shows the 3D version. In March when the animated how to train your Dragon was fantasy released, 68 percent of the audience chose, to see the movie.

But Mai, which served to 61 Prozent.Am after-sales figure for Shrek ever earlier this month only 56 percent saw the Last Airbender in 3D and a week later despicable me fell the share even lower, at 45 percent for the newly released animation.

The numbers have provoked a frightened debate within the film industry, which previously had plans to convert popular films on its backlist - everything from the Star Wars - trilogy, Harry Potter, to the College pranks of Jackass - in the cinematic style du jour.Studios already at least 24 brand-new movies in expensive format for next year working ausgebrütet.Jetzt some fear, the already "3D bubble" has burst.

While I'm not saying that 3D goes way, is what I am saying that it is not, the next big thing to sein.Es is the big thing of this year and will continue a special event, but not everyday •devices you registered hand your 3D-Domains then have really nothing to lose, but those pay much money for these domains are not fair as auch.meiner opinion may you now the time to sell 3D domains because 3D on the Summit in the next 12 months ist.Zielgruppen were done there and their spending is starting to show, enough have.

Mike Mann sets up some top .CO for sale: $ 175 K, Advertising.co Health.Co $ 150 K; Gold.Co $ 100 k

2010 July 18by MHB

To close the Landrush application period heals for. CO, on Friday closed, Mike Mann has offered for sale some of .CO domains on his Facebook page.

Some of the domains that it offers for sale belonging to Health.co for $ 175 K, Advertising.co for $ 150 K and Gold.co for $ 100 K.

Says his Facebook posts ".Co works exactly same as this but the domain is its you forever, and you are the master....."

On the domain Advertising.co he says on his Facebook page:

"" "This is $ 150,000 first and foremost to increase price if it does not sell some more posts from this and search .com names for sale this week."

Of course advertising.com AOL that long history of litigation has one should consider anyone considering the domain belongs.

Is until today the highest price for a .Co E.co which sold go for $ 81 K with the proceeds to charity.

The three areas are the property of codom holdings, LLC of Potomac Maryland, it is unclear how Mike acquired these domains, but I must assume, he had.com.co equivalent domains and got this through the grandfather period.

It will be interesting to see whether one this domain sell and what other this domains Mike owns and offered for sale.
