Walgreens sued Wegmans for trademark infringement all about the "W" in the logo. Walgreens claims that began the "W" Wegmans in 2008 in its brand with could customers into thinking confuse which companies are connected. Walgreens claimed was his "flying W" since 1951 in use but Wegmans claimed this particular "W" an old logo comes it back in the 1930s used. The trade mark infringement was action in Federal Court in Virginia October 27 submitted.
In an independent history Walgreens sued also Elmer Fudd and Barbara Walters, the iconic host of the view.
