WEB FOUNDER CALLS FOR USERS, AND TO FIGHT TO GET UP

While most from, not what the FCC should or should the debate on the future of the Internet depends on, Berners-Lee bring a fresh perspective with the argument for the action of users.

"People seem to think the Web is a kind of piece and when he starts to wither, that's good, only one of these unfortunate things we cannot fail the" wrote Berners-Lee. "Not so"."The computer engineer postulated that designing computer protocols and software, the process is entirely under the control of the user."We decide which properties we want that it and have not ", he added.

The tech luminary claimed that some of the Web's "most successful people" take actions, that the universality of the Internet to affect.

"" Great social networking sites are walling from information published by your users from the rest of the Web,"he wrote.""Wireless Internet provider are to slow traffic attempting to Web sites have made any deals."

Search engines and browsers that become too powerful innovation could limit he also noticed.

Berners-Lee also argues that principles should net neutrality for mobile platforms powered by wireless Internet apply "Exempting wireless from net neutrality would [Mobile] users leave discrimination service."

To the chagrin of consumer protection and the joy of the wireless industry called a suggestion from Google and Verizon over the summer developed for wireless providers from a design excluded framework on net neutrality.

Despite which makes to the user via the Web has, Berners-Lee wrote that Government legislation is required, some grant legal protection to net neutrality.

Director of the World Wide Web Consortium, wrote Berners Lee, who is the first Web client and server, 1990.

So seems to be the bottom line, that the wireless provider no matter what Congress discusses with net neutrality Bill in the next session does, released his policiesyou should go far in the weakening of the entire process.
