Court transfers complaint to Virginia.
In a move that might have expected by some observers, John Zuccarini's lawsuit against name Jet, network solutions, eNom and VeriSign in the Eastern District of Virginia was transferred.
The case stems from some John Zuccarini's domain name, which were transferred to a recipient to a cybersquatting judgment against him. The recipient, the some of the domain names expire, and you then auctioned on name Jet.
the Court seeks eNom and network solutions based on improper jurisdiction to dismiss the case.Zuccarini agreed contracts with "Forum selection clauses" when he registered the domain name.The Court determines that the case should not even be dismissed as the defendants of the Eastern District of Virginia desired, but instead (PDF) should be transmitted.
